How do I place an order?
You can place an order online at soup-culture.com. What could be easier than buying from your own home computer? Simply log in to your soup-culture.com account and visit our online product store where you can shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.

Alternatively, you can call 012-801 1008. Our friendly associates are always ready to help you shop by phone or WhatsApp, and your order will be on its way to your doorstep in no time. Our weekday phone hours are 9.30am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, and 9.30am to 1pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.


Where can I view my purchase order?
Simply log in to your account, click on "Account," and then select "View Order History."


How can I check my order status and/or track my parcel?
You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any questions about tracking your parcel, please contact one of our Customer Service Associates at 012-801 1008.


Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Due to our electronically streamlined order processing system, once an order has been placed online, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can contact one of our Customer Service Associates at 012-801 1008 to discuss your issue.

How will my order be shipped?
Deliveries are generally sent via DHL.


How are shipping costs calculated?
For purchases in West Malaysia, shipping costs are RM10 for orders totaling RM0.00–RM199.99, and shipping is free for orders of RM200 and above.

For purchases in East Malaysia, shipping costs are RM15 for orders totaling RM0.00–RM249.99, and shipping is free for orders of RM250 and above.

For purchases in Singapore, shipping costs are as follows:
• 0.01kg – 1kg: RM23
• 1.01kg - 2kg: RM29
• 2.01kg - 3kg: RM36
• 3.01kg - 4kg: RM42
• 4.01kg - 5kg: RM48
• 5kg and above: RM100

For shipping to other countries, please contact our Customer Service Associates at 012-801 1008 to discuss the shipping fee.

How long should it take for my order to arrive?
Soup Culture's order process is streamlined to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping times vary depending on the location*:
Generally, orders to Wilayah Persekutuan and Selangor take about 3 working days.

For all other states in Malaysia excluding Sabah and Sarawak, orders take about 7 working days.

For other countries, please contact our Customer Service Associates at 012-801 1008 to discuss shipping times.

You can track your package by going to your account and clicking on "View Order History." If your products have not arrived after the specified time, please feel free to contact us at 012-8011008, and we will be happy to investigate.

If I do not receive my products within 10 business days, how can I check the status?
If you do not receive your products within 10 business days, you can track your package by going to your account and clicking on "View Order History." If you have additional questions, please call Customer Service at 012-8011008, and we will be happy to assist you.
